   •    Not attempt to disrupt or damage our website

3. Products & Custom Orders

a) Handmade & customised items

Most products are made to order. Each embroidered item is handmade, so slight variations may occur. Colours may appear differently depending on screens and lighting.

b) Artwork approval

For certain custom or complex designs, we may send a digital preview. We will not begin production until artwork is approved.

You are responsible for checking:
   •    Spelling
   •    Colours
   •    Placement
   •    Design accuracy

Approval equals acceptance.

c) Intellectual property in customer uploads

You confirm that any images, logos, or artwork you upload:
   •    Belong to you or
   •    You have permission to use them

You accept full responsibility for any copyright violations caused by designs you request.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in GBP (£).

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Etsy).
We do not store or have access to your card details.

We reserve the right to update pricing at any time before an order is placed.

5. Processing Times

Standard processing times:
   •    3–7 business days for most personalised items
   •    7–14 business days for larger or complex orders
   •    Club or bulk orders will be given custom lead times

Processing begins once payment and any required approvals are received.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping details are covered in our Shipping Policy.

We are not responsible for:
   •    Delays caused by Royal Mail or couriers
   •    Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
   •    Customs delays for international deliveries

If your order is lost or damaged, please contact us and we will help resolve the issue.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

a) Personalised/custom items

Because all custom items are made to order, we cannot accept returns unless:
   •    The item is faulty
   •    The item arrives damaged
   •    A mistake was made by us

We do not accept returns for:
   •    Incorrect names, colours, or details provided by the customer
   •    Change of mind
   •    Wear and tear after use

b) Faulty or damaged items

You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item and provide photos. We will repair, replace, or refund where appropriate.

c) Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before production has started.
Once embroidery has begun, cancellations are not possible.

8. Club Orders & Workwear

For larger orders:
   •    A deposit may be required
   •    Lead times will be agreed in writing
   •    Final approval is required before production

We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete lists, missing sizes, or late artwork.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, photos, branding, website content, and digital files created by Kelso Embroidery remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You may not:
   •    Reproduce our designs
   •    Use our product photos commercially
   •    Copy website content or descriptions

10. Liability

We are not liable for:
   •    Losses caused by incorrect information provided by the customer
   •    Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
   •    Delays caused by third-party carriers

Our liability is limited to the cost of the product purchased.

We take reasonable steps to ensure accuracy and quality, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the website.
